COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL
If you answer “YES” to one or more below, you will be asked to stay home and will not be allowed to enter premise:
1. Do you have symptoms of fever, and/or onset of cough, or difficulty breathing,
AND
2. traveled outside of the country in the 14 days before the onset of the illness
OR
3. had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19,
OR
4. had recent close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has traveled outside of the country in the 14 days before their symptoms started?
Clinic rules for client safety:
1) Client is required to wear a mask at all times while in the clinic unless procedure requires client to unmask.
2) Client is required to wash hands or use hand sanitizer if washing is not possible.
3) Please refrain from touching any items or surfaces.
4) Only one client at a time is allowed to enter premise.
5) Any items left behind by client will be thrown away. So remember to take your personal items with you when you leave.
We require all clients to wear a mask while in clinic.

Please do not eat or drink, except for plenty of water 2 HOURS PRIOR AND 2 HOURS AFTER every treatment. Please understand that all your appointments are in a set. In the event you need to cancel one of the appointments within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will have an available appointment to be replaced within the time frame required. Please try your best to commit to all your appointments.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL PATIENTS
Please shave 24 HOURS prior to your appointment time. Please do not apply body lotions or creams to the areas being targeted prior to your treatments. Please remove soap residue as much as possible. Skin has to be free of chemicals and irritants.
